Blue Legasea Connect
As a member-driven industrial cluster it is essential to have first hand information about what`s going on and what`s the main focus and challanges for our members. Blue Legasea Connect is a two-stage project.
First part is based on member interviews and following analyzes of the members motivation for participation in the cluster as well as expectations and opinions to consider for future activities. Secondly - Blue Legasea Connect will initiate a recruitment process to strengthen the cluster and increase the number of partners.
20 member meetings has been done this autumn and we have met great involvement and enthusiasme during the visits.
Questions asked has been related to: What is the most important motive for member companies in cluster collaboration projects? Have your expectations been met? How can Blue Legasea perform better for its members? How can we together increase the clusters`s visibility and enhance its reputation?
